How do I change or cancel a subscription or payment information?

To change or cancel subscriptions and ticket purchases, open your Tergar ID My Purchases section here: https://profile.tergar.org/my-purchases


If your purchase was initiated before November 2023, you will directly see a list of your subscriptions with a Cancel Button next to it. Unfortunately this is the only option here. If you want to make a change to your subscription or payment method, you need to cancel first and then re-subscribe at your desired new plan. 


If your purchase was initiated after November 2023, you will see a Manage Subscriptions Button. Click the button and a pop-up window with a list of all your purchases and subscriptions will open. By selecting a purchase, you can manage your subscription, including cancelling. The pop-up window also provides a link to manage your Payment Methods and access your Billing History.
