Keep track of your practice
Set the duration of your session, number of mid-session reminders, and notification style - and we’ll keep track of your session.
Configuring timer alerts
Choose your preferred notification sounds and, below, choose whether to keep the screen on and activate vibration and sound.
Counter
The app includes a digital mala, count by tapping anywhere on the screen. Change between beads and malas by pressing the upper right button.
Perfect meditation companion
No need for a practice notebook - the Tergar Meditation Timer is the best way to keep track of your practice sessions.
Get an overview
Keep an eye on your practice habits - view by session, total time per practice, or number of repetitions.
Awareness throughout the day
Give yourself extra reminders to be aware throughout the day.

Turn on airplane mode
We suggest turning on airplane mode while you practice - we will sync your sessions later.
We care about your privacy
You are in control of your personal data, you can find your privacy settings on your profile. We are also GDPR compliant.
